stats/permission post; OOC INFORMATION

Every character in the game must have a stats/permission post on their journal! We ask that players use this as a base template, but you are more than free to modify as you'd like. You can even use your own template so long as you include the same required fields.

Required Fields by headers are the ticket, permissions, and player sections.
